Kelsey is a Cheyenne native and a former student athlete at the University of Wyoming where he competed in cross country and track and field. At UW, he first encountered the physical therapy profession as an athlete. After receiving his undergraduate degree in biology from UW, he went on to complete his master’s in physical therapy at the University of North Dakota. Kelsey joined Avenues Physical Therapy Clinic in 2001 and became a partner in 2002. In 2017, Kelsey became the Sole Owner of the clinic.

In addition to his duties at Avenues Physical Therapy Clinic, Kelsey is a member of The Cathedral of St. Mary Parish Council, he has served as the treasurer for the Wyoming Physical Therapy Association Board. Kelsey has also served on the Cheyenne Tennis Association Board, and Wyoming Tennis Association Board, where he helped with hosting the first wheelchair tennis clinic ever in Wyoming. In his free time, Kelsey likes to stay active by playing tennis, running, chasing his son Kaden and daughter Amelia. He also likes gardening and spending time with his wife Nicole.
